Commercial Real Estate Sales On The Rise
According to Jim Helsel, 2010 NAR Treasurer, commercial real estate sales are on the rise. Third quarter sales are up 30% over second quarter 2010, and have steadily risen since the first quarter 2009. Helsel expects that by the end of the year, commercial sales in the United States will have reached 100 billion dollars.
Sales in St. George, Utah are up as well. We are seeing more and more investors come off the sidelines, and realize that their window of opportunity to get “ridiculous” deals is slowly closing.
