Commercial Real Estate Exchanges becoming popular in St. George Utah

As the banks have limited their lending capabilities, buyers and sellers of St. George commercial real estate have needed to be a little more creative if they want to get commercial real estate deals done.

One of the best solutions is exchanging the property they have for one that works better for their current and future needs. I have been working diligently with property owners who are looking to exchange what they have for something else. Some own some land in St. George, Utah and are interested in exchanging it for an income producing property also in St. George.

Some own an industrial building and are about to retire and would rather own some apartment buildings to add to their commercial real estate portfolio. Some even have offered houseboats and airplanes in exchange for property.

St. George commercial real estate deals are still getting done, people are just needing to be more creative.
